With Shadow and Thunder
First Scout Terrllss-rr, an assassin for the Serrll government, has been given assignments to kill important people who are against the government. Information about his latest assignment gets out, putting Terr’s life in danger. Now someone is after Terr and is trying to kill him because of it.
Terr finally learns the identity of the person behind all the attempts on his life. The latest attempt on his life sends him crash landing on Earth. Terr is found by people who want to study him and his ship. He must find a way to escape and make his way home to stop the person who is trying to assassinate him.
Between being chased and crashing his ship, Terr is missing his wife Teena, and starts to give a lot of thought to his job as an assassin. He wants to spend more time with Teena, but his job keeps him on the run away from his home planet.
With Shadow and Thunder is full of action that starts on the first page and never lets up. There are enough twists and turns to keep the pages turning. Once the pages were turning, I couldn’t turn them fast enough with Terr’s life in peril and I was rooting for him. I can’t wait to dive into the next book to see what other adventures and assignments Terr takes us on.

The Avid Reader
I always hate this part where you have to tell someone about yourself. I never know what to say. I will do my best to tell you about me. Well as the title of my blog says I am an avid reader. I have been reading books since I was in the fifth grade. My first books were Harlequin romance novels then in my teen years I started reading historical romance. Sometime after that I discovered Stephen King. I have almost all of his books plus most of his movies on VHS. He is my favorite writer. This last year I discovered Vampire novels and am hooked on those now too. I also like to read paranormal romance novels.
I like to research stuff out on the internet. If there is something that I want to do and I don’t know how to do it I will go on the internet and find a tutorial that will show me how to do it. My husband calls me his lil’ engineer, lol. If he wants to know something he gets me to search things for him too. I like to think of myself as an internet detective.
I have a wonderful husband. It was his Ideal that I make my own website. But I didn’t know what kind of website I wanted so I never made one. But then I thought I love to read so maybe I could start my own blog doing reviews of books that I have read. I am glad that he suggested that I make my own website because I think I am going to love this. I just hope I don’t fall on my face trying to write a blog.
