I set out to write Autumn Leaves to explore what I hope are genuine personal challenges set against tragedy, lost love, and possible fulfillment. The gossamer wings of love can snare us and make two people content for life, or they can flutter away in a moment without any rational reason, if there is ever a reason why love fades.
